Iona On The Green

We were blessed with fine weather and wonderful community support in the celebration of Iona’s Family Fun Day. The music, food, games and activities all contributed to a very positive and worthy celebration of our 60th anniversary.
Families were able to mix, mingle and enjoy the friendship of the afternoon.
Conservative estimates were that over 3000 people enjoyed some part of the day and so many people were involved in its success.
Congratulations to the many parents, friends and staff who supported the hard working committee, led by Mrs Meghan Leis and Mrs Kym Staley-Biggs in organising the event. Thanks also goes to the performers, The Beauty and The Beast crew, and our loyal sponsors.
